OUR BREWERY

Locally made

Gravity is owned and developed in the South Coast, Canberra and mountain regions. We brew and package in NSW, with cans developed and made in the South Coast.

It starts with a mash

Gluten free rice and clean water form our starting mash, then some dextrose is added before boiling and cooling.

The fine art of fermentation + filtration

We use a clean neutral yeast to ensure our product is clean and crisp. It's then filtered and carbonated along with a curated blend of completely natural flavours.

A perfect package

A bevvy this good needs to look sharp, so as our final step we simply package it up, ready to party!
